How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Pura → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles the rest. We have no way to cancel a subscription on our side because we never see the payment.
How do I delete everything?
Open Pura → Profile → scroll down → Reset Pura. There is a two-step confirm. After that, your profile, your scan history, and your local data are gone. Your subscription is not affected — it is held by Apple. You can restore it later from inside the paywall.
I bought a credit pack but my balance did not update.
Open the app, go to Profile, and check your scan balance. If it is still wrong, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will look into it with our payments provider.
Why is an ingredient flagged for me?
Pura cross-references the scan against your profile (allergies, conditions, preferences). The "Flagged for you" badge means at least one ingredient in the product matches something you marked you want to avoid. Tap the badge for the specifics.
